About This Dog

Jude's ideal home

Jude is a gentle goofball who can live with children of secondary school ages and upwards who are confident with big dogs. Jude is under-socialised around other dogs and can be reactive towards them so he will need to be the only dog in the home, with a family happy to continue to work on his social skills as he settles in. Jude can't live with cats but could potentially live with small furries if they are kept separately from him. He would love for his new family to be around most of the time to begin with, building up his time spent alone gradually. Jude would benefit from a home where he has access to a private, secure garden so he can enjoy some offlead time as he requires to be kept on his lead when on his walks. Homes without a garden may be considered but Jude would not suit a communal space.

Could you be Jude's perfect match?

Hey, Jude! This leggy gentle giant is a 1 year old Mastiff cross Greyhound who is looking for a patient forever home that can give him all the love and time that he needs to feel secure. He can be a worried boy but is improving day by day, enjoying calm walks and making lots of friends in his handlers. We are sure that with reassurance alongside plenty of treats and cuddles, Jude will grow into the perfect companion for someone looking for a new best friend to share adventures with.
