About This Dog

Kong's ideal home

Kong would be best suited to a home with children of upper primary school age and above. He is worried around other dogs and prefers to avoid them, so he would be happiest as the only dog in the household. Kong is not able to live with cats, but a home with small furries is fine be providing they are kept separate.

Could you be Kong's perfect match?

Kong is a handsome 2‑year‑old Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross Mastiff with a big heart and an even bigger personality. He can be a little shy when he first meets new people, but once he’s warmed up, his affectionate side truly shines. Kong loves nothing more than being with his human friends, enjoying plenty of fuss and attention. He has a playful nature and adores chasing after his toys, often getting delightfully bouncy and excitable during playtime. Kong is a real foodie and is highly motivated by treats, which he always takes gently. Despite his size, he walks well on the lead and enjoys getting out and about with his handler.
