About This Dog

Sargeant's ideal home

Sargeant is a brilliant boy who is in our care after a change in his owner’s circumstances. He is happy to meet people here and while he hasn’t had much experience around children he is able to live with those of secondary school age. Sargeant has a good history around cats and could live with them again as long as introductions are done slowly. However he asks to be the only dog in the home please. Walking friends would be fine though, as he’s had good mixes here.

Could you be Sargeant's perfect match?

Sargeant is a 7 year old Mastiff cross and our very own big friendly giant. He tries to keep his kennel clean so with a quick refresher housetraining shouldn’t take long. Sargeant can be left home alone for a few hours. He will get into the car when asked but can be a little restless while travelling. Sargeant knows ‘sit’, ‘paw’ and ‘high five’ and can’t wait to show these off to his new family.
