About This Dog for Adoption

Mira's ideal home

Mira would like her own private, secure garden where she can relax and play to her hearts content. She can live with children aged 14 years and over. Mira isn’t comfortable around other dogs so would need adopters comfortable working on this and she would need to be kept on a lead out and about. She cannot live with any other pets. Mira is full of personality and would love adopters that can give her the training and guidance she needs to flourish into a well rounded dog!

Could you be Mira's perfect match?

Mira is our gorgeous 4 year old Mastiff Cross looking for a home where she can find her feet and settle in. This lovely girl hasn’t had the best start to life but is still full of love to give and would like to steal a spot on your sofa! She is a friendly girl who enjoys being out on her walks and does walk nicely on the lead. With a little bit of encouragement, Mira is happy to jump into the car so with some more confidence building could be the perfect adventure buddy!

  • 2 Years Old

Dinks's ideal home Dinks would do best in a home where he will be the only dog, but he is coming on leaps and bounds with his confidence around them, so a home that can continue his sociability out and about would be great for him! It isn’t essential for Dinks to have access to a garden as long as his exercise needs can be met. Dinks would be best suited to a home where any

Mastiff Puppy Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Mastiff.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 8 weeks, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped
  • Review and verify any documents, such as KC registration paperwork where applicable

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".
  • Seller asks to immediately switch to communication off the Mastiff Owners website
  • Seller uses a different phone number to the one listed on the website - especially if that phone number is in one of the advert images

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
